One Small Change
We autopilot through most of our lives, relying on routines and automatic assumptions about life and the world we live in to save energy.
Today's mindfulness challenge is to reconsider routines and listen to our thoughts - pause, and reflect on a few of them.
Remembering to do this at all is the real challenge, so let's use each time our hand opens a door as prompt. If at the end of the day we've forgotten, we can look at our hands and reflect on the day.
