We expect to find it in a field of flowers or a pretty face, but beauty is everywhere.
Today's mindfulness challenge is to look for beauty when we feel sad, upset, or frustrated. Perhaps we'll find ourselves stuck in traffic. Look around. What do you see? What do you hear? What does the sky look like today?
When we intentionally shift focus from everything that is wrong to anything that is right, we begin to live a more inspired life.
