There is always an element of choice in our mood states.
I am a simple person; it doesn't take much to make me happy. My intention is to have a wonderful day. I will focus on what I can take action on, set short-term goals, pause to feel accomplished in my work, treat myself to a healthy lunch, and schedule plenty of time to relax with my dogs in the park this evening.
That's my plan. What's yours?
