Surrender
Whether it's in devotion to a higher power or to rapture in a lover's arms, surrender is a process in which we release control to gain something else. We can't feel bliss without some kind of release. Life needs space, movement, and flow for this kind of magic to happen.
Ask: In what areas of my life are I clinging too tightly? Where am I holding on where I could be letting go?
