Find the Gold

Noticing, drawing out, and cultivating the positive qualities in others raises their Spirit and encourages growth. Pointing out defects has the opposite effect. Praise is much more productive than criticism.

So what happens when we monitor our own mental chatter and apply the same principle to ourselves?
